No application form is active on this page. Practitioner identity, annotations, research records and review submissions require an independently verified access-control and retention design before collection.
Current disposition
The independent review milestone is planned. Token ratification, backend authorization, accessibility validation, evidence receipts and human release decisions remain unresolved. A design demonstration does not constitute beta enrollment or approval.
